What You Will Design:
β’ Meta Ads creative (posters and video thumbnails) for real Australian campaigns
β’ Social media posts that bring customers
β’ Website and Landing Page mockups in Figma (MUST know this)
β’ Flyers, banners, and posters for real businesses
β’ Sales decks and proposals
β’ Logos and branding for Australian companies
This is real work. Real clients. Real campaigns running on Meta and Google. Not practice projects.
You Must Have:
β’ Expert in Figma (website and landing page mockups)
β’ Fast with Canva for social media
β’ Experience designing Meta Ads creative (you understand what makes an ad perform, not just look nice)
β’ Made real brochures, ads, and social posts before
β’ Understand good spacing, fonts, and hierarchy
β’ Use Loom to show and explain your ideas
β’ Strong knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly)
Even Better If:
β’ You've designed for Australian or international clients
β’ Your ad creatives have real performance results
β’ You've made website mockups that developers built without confusion
β’ You know where buttons and text go to drive action
β’ You've designed for childcare, education, or service businesses
Include the word MANGO in your subject line.
β Do NOT Apply If:
β’ You only have fake Behance projects
β’ You can't make website mockups in Figma
β’ You've never designed ad creative for real campaigns
β’ You need someone to explain everything
β’ You don't know AI tools well
