Job Description
As an IT Technical Support Engineer, your primary role will be to assist users with their technical issues and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. You will provide support both in person and over remote access, helping to resolve a variety of hardware and software problems.

- **Documenting Issues and Solutions:** It will be essential to record all support requests and their resolutions in a ticketing system, which helps track recurring issues and improves future service.
- **Collaborating with IT Team:** You will work closely with other IT professionals to escalate complex problems and contribute to team projects aimed at improving overall IT services.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering () and have a basic understanding of computer systems and networks.
