1. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer
Job Description:
As a Spoken English cum Digital Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions in English communication and digital literacy to young adults enrolled at our Lighthouse centers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive sessions on spoken English and digital skills.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
Coordinate with the center team to ensure smooth program delivery.
Location Options:
Kothrud Gokhale Nagar Aundh Yerwada Wadgaonsheri Dapodi Chinchwad Bhosari
2. Outreach Coordinator
Job Description:
As an Outreach Coordinator, you will engage with youth from low-income communities to spread awareness about the Lighthouse program and encourage enrolment.
Responsibilities:
Mobilize youth from slum communities.
Build strong relationships with youth and their families.
Explain the program structure, benefits, and impact.
Ensure enrolment aligned with program objectives.
Coordinate with internal teams and local stakeholders.
Location Options:
Aundh Akurdi Wanowrie
Qualifications (for both roles):
Graduate degree (preferred in education, social work, or a related field).
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language).
Basic computer proficiency (for Outreach) and strong digital skills (for Trainer).
Passion for youth empowerment and community development.
Prior experience in skilling, teaching, or community engagement is a plus.
For Outreach role, Open to travel in communities
