Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:-

As a sales manager you've to recruit agents through your personal references

Agent Recruitment:

Agents are from crowd like Doctors, CA, Builders, Principals, Post Manager, Broker,

and Village Sarpanch.

Agents will show interest for Extra income i.e. Side income.

Company will give classroom training to them (i.e. for 7 days).

100% target based

Agent Development:

Meeting the agents, Arrange the dinner, making the calls and should maintain a good

relationship with agents.

BENIFITS:-

BM(Branch Manager) will train the manager for 1month.

If the candidate is completing gold sheet within 3 month, from the fourth month onwards

he/she will be in on role job and probation period will be completed in 3 months

Salary includes PF, Medical , Bonus ,

IncenTives :-

1)Quarterly Abroad trips

2)4 times promotion in a year and 25% hike on each promotion on current salary BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:-

1)Resignation letter with acceptance or relieving letter

2) 3 months salary slips

3) offer letter and appointment letter

4) expierience letter

5) education certificates
