Hiring For Sales and Marketing Executive

> Sales and marketing of software products like CRM software applications.
> Recognizing needs of customers.
> Must be willing to travel and meet clients.
> Regular meetings with customers to identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
> Identify requirements for new products services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.
> To construct sales pitches and presentation.
> To convert leads into opportunity
> To develop a Sales Strategy
> To expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads exceed sales targets for the business
> Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products
> Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go to market messaging for specific business sectors
> Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner, follow up on submissions and close business deals.
> Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
> Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
> Should possess good listening and communication skills.
> Should have good English skills.
> Develop and maintain productive working relationships with vendors.
> Report to Head of Sales Department on project status, progress, budget, as well as on team members performance and procurement status
> Analyze project requests from management to identify project goals and objectives
> Manage deliverables, resource calendars, and expense reports
