Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure completeness and correctness of the loan folders during and after the disbursement.
Verify all documents related to client and ensure safekeeping of the same.
Handle customer queries/complaints at branch.
Preparing the reports & MIS as when requiredHighlight issues of operational concerns.
Co-ordination between Business, Credit & other stakeholders for minimal errors / timely resolutions for smooth business operations.
Responsible for Audit & Compliance in operation at branch levelResponsible for timeliness of disbursal of loans in system and coordinated with CPC for disbursement of cases.
Achieve 100% FTR and ensure RBI & Bank's guidelines & policies implemented to meet the regulatory requirementsEnsures to maintaining the required registers, files and reports as per the Bank's policies.
