Job Description
Walk in interviews at (Monday to saturday: 11.30 am to 6.00 pm)
Responsibilities:
Review customers correspondence in order to comprehend the nature of query/complaint.
Carry out detailed and accurate analysis of the customer's query and provide complete resolution.
Coordinate with concerned departments to obtain data/details required.
Adhere process level guidelines/policies.
Highly motivated to enhance the skill set and look forward for professional growth.
Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned by the department manager.
Delight our customers through caring service and innovative homeownership solutions.
Key Result Areas:
Quality Yield of +0 percent Mail & Fax,
Hotline calls and other queues.
Letter rework greater than 12 percent.
