Job Description
Debt collector's job is to track down people who owe money from overdue bills and negotiate payment.Â
Process Requirement:
• Voice process
• Good communication skills
• Performance & Client Incentives
• Objection handling skills & Convincing Skills
• Fixed weekend work offs
6. 247 shifts
• VnA assessment – 2.+5 score
Typing skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
Eligibility criteria:
• Minimum qualification - 10th and 12th (Age criteria 18+)
• Any specialization (student with backlogs can apply)
• Graduates (except B.Tech fresher with above 60%)
• Post Graduates (except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
Compensation Offered:
Salary Range offered is 17k to 34k (CTC)
