Coordinating with the Bank empanelled advocates for timely disposal of cases filed in court. Maintaining accurate MIS. To provide legal support to the sales team when required. JobResponsibilities Legal actions on defaulter customers. • Liaising with Bank empanelled advocates to initiate legal actions on defaulter customers. • Implementation of legal orders as per applicable state laws. • Focused efforts towards closure of the delinquent cases of the Bank. Co-ordination with Bank vendors • Empanelment of advocates as per process. • Proactive efforts for processing of legal actions with the help of Bank empanelled legal vendors. • Co- ordination with Bank empanelled advocates for disposal of cases. • Processing of advocate bills as per process. Document Management • Arranging requisite documents through operations for timely initiation of legal actions through Bank vendors. • Arranging SPDCs for appropriate legal action as per state laws through Bank vendors. • Securely managing documents and SPDCs as per process. MIS and Data management • Effective data management to initiate action against defaulter customers. • Maintaining correct Legal MIS. • Timely and regular updation of MIS on regular basis. Legal Support for Customer Complaint / Others • Provide legal expertise to Sales team as appropriate by co-ordinating with Bank empanelled advocates. • Protect the interest of the Bank at large and RBG in particular as necessary.
