Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:-To ensure timely filing of legal tools SARFAESI, Arbitration, section 138, SEC + and EP.(MSME, AHFL & BL)-Monitoring the Cases/Litigations filed Against the Bank and it’s Officials and strategizing defense in cases / litigations filed .-Monitoring SARFAESI and DRT matters filed/to be filed by the Bank (recovery cases) with respect to Retail and SME portfolio.-Monitoring various cases filed under Section 138 of the NI Act and section 25 of PSS Act and also appearing in the same on behalf of the Bank.-Finalizing the drafts of various Applications/Petitions/claim/Written Statement/Reply/Notices/Demand Notices/FIRs.-Drafting of replies to various notices received from customers, statutory bodies etc.-Finalizing the empanelment of various Advocates and enforcement agencies after due diligence.-Handling personally all high value and sensitive matters involving higher dignitaries.-NPA resolution of MSME as Well AHFL Accounts by way of sale of mortgage properties and execution of legal tools for recovery of shortfall or loss amount .-NPA resolution of BL Accounts by way of execution of legal tools availed in Sec-138, EP & Criminal Complaints .-Maintain legal status of allocated accounts, Maintain MIS of legal action, co-ordinate with collection team, branches on issue of legal notice.-Liaisoning with the court agencies, police stations, and other statutory bodies.-Handling the Legal Audit conducted by both Internal Auditors and External Auditors for Regulatory Compliance
