Job Description
Must Have
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cinematography and video production.
• Strong understanding of camera systems, lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording.
• Experience handling podcast shoots, interview setups, and studio productions.
• Ability to independently execute shoots from setup to delivery.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or
equivalent.
• Basic hands-on experience with AI creative tools (0-6 months or more).
• Familiarity with AI image and video generation workflows.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Good to Have
• Experience with green screen production workflows.
• Experience creating advertisements, branded content, or marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of AI video generation platforms and creative AI tools.
• Experience working in content, media, startup, or creator-focused environments.
• Understanding of social media content formats and performance-driven storytelling.
