Key Responsibilities:
Handle new patient inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Clearly & confidently explain clinic services and treatments
Understand patient needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Proactively follow up with patients to ensure engagement
Manage patient appointments – schedule, reschedule & send reminders
Maintain accurate records of all communications
Deliver a professional, empathetic, and persuasive service experience
Who Can Apply?
Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, sales, or a similar role
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Confident, friendly & persuasive personality
Basic MS Excel skills
Comfortable using computers & CRM software
Preferred Experience in:
Healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or dermatology industry (preferred, not mandatory)
