The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our construction projects, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control plans for construction projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify and report defects or deviations from specifications
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and records
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Conduct quality audits and surveillance to ensure adherence to quality procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quality control in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving Skills
