Hiring Business Development Associates ( Malayalam ) Presales and Sales Team
Work-from-home opportunity
Inside Sales/Counselor any Freshers and Experience with 0 – 4 years in any following roles can apply: Presales, IT Sales, Tele-calling, teaching, counseling, career counseling, telemarketing, corporate sales, lead generation, sales, revenue generation, cold calling, Business Development, and Customer care.
For Role PreSales - 30 Openings
Salary: 3 LPA + 2 LPA Incentives
Convincing students to attend Webinar
For Sales - 30 Openings
Salary Package: 3.6 LPA + Incentives ( can earn up to 6 LPA)
Must have laptop or Smartphone in good working condition
For a reputed Edtech Company having branches all over India.
Desired skills:
Excellent Malayalam & English Communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal abilities.
Interested in guiding students with their career decisions
Proven experience in direct interactions with customers
Good convincing skills.
Work Profile:
· Acting as a mentor and guide and being a source of career advice for potential learners.
· Counseling learning prospects, offering career advice, and providing a sense of how Client Programs can accelerate their career.
Take responsibility for the entire sales closing life cycle for your assigned leads. Phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management fall under this category.
· Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and providing constant feedback on the quality of the leads to the respective team.
· Carrying weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
