We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Hiring Associate to join our team and support hiring for Full Stack Developer roles. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s starting out in recruitment but understands the basics of coding and wants to grow in tech hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for Full Stack development roles
• Conduct initial resume screenings and basic technical assessments (coding fundamentals, tech stack match, etc.)
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, communities)
• Reach out to potential candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing channels
• Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
• Maintain and update candidate data in our ATS
• Stay up to date with Full Stack technologies and hiring trends
What We’re Looking For:
• 0–6 months of experience in recruitment or related fields
• Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, etc.)
• Strong interest in hiring for tech roles and learning recruitment best practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and eager to take ownership
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and willing to learn ATS tools
Nice to Have:
• Experience with coding bootcamps or coursework in web development
• Familiarity with GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech communities
• Prior internship or campus placement experience in recruitment
