Job Description
_Hindi Language Teacher_
• Location : Life Republic Township, Maarunji, Pune
- Responsibilities_
- Planning course material and activities
- Assessing the students’ progress (e.g., homework, exam grades, etc.)
- Building trusting relationships with students, parents, and other staff
- Organize classroom lectures and coursework
- Prepare materials and activities
- Assign homework and interesting exercises
- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Determine exam and assignment grades
- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behaviour
- Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades
- Research new language teaching methods
- Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
- Inform parents about their children’s performance
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
- Requirements_
- Previous experience as a HINDI language teacher in a CBSE/CIE school
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
- Understanding of the CBSE/CIE curriculum requirements
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- A patient and resilient personality
- Dedication to students and passion for education
- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
- Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
- Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
- Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
- Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
- Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.
- Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.
- B. A (Hindi) or M.A.(Hindi) along with B.Ed. or higher
