Anaxee is India's REACH Engine! We help brands, OEMs, and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach, especially in the remote parts of the country, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3, and 4 towns and villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.
Job Role
We are looking for a talented Hindi Content Writer to join our team. As a Hindi Content Writer, you will work closely with our sales team to understand project briefs and transform them into compelling scripts, messages and content. Your role will encompass a wide range of content creation tasks, from video scriptwriting to poster design and translation work.
Job Location: Indore Full Time Work from Office
Salary Range: 2 LPA - 3.6 LPA
Experience: Fresher or 1+Year
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to comprehensively understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements in Hindi.
• Craft persuasive and engaging scripts for training videos and promotional content, ensuring alignment with project goals and effective communication.
• Be proficient in performing roles in videos, effectively bringing characters to life as per the script's requirements.
• Provide clear and concise instructions on how to fill out forms related to the project, ensuring digital runners understand the process.
• Offer valuable insights and suggestions to improve content quality, message delivery, and engagement.
• Create questionnaires related to training videos to evaluate comprehension and knowledge retention.
• Utilize tools to record audio for automated calls or other relevant purposes as needed.
• Develop creative and visually appealing content for posters that align with project objectives and resonate with the audience.
• Draft comprehensive do's and don'ts guidelines for each project, ensuring clarity and adherence to project standards.
• Create captivating content for reels or short video formats that effectively convey key messages.
• Provide translation services for documents or content as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hindi Literature, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the sales or training domain.
• Familiarity with audio recording and editing tools.
