Genius Infotech is hiring for Customer Support Associate(Voice), Day / Night Shift.

Customer Support Associate / Sr. Customer Support Associate

Job Description: - Inbound Customer Support.

Interface with customers via inbound or outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

Support customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.

Troubleshoot customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, DTH, modem, router, mobile handset etc.

Basic Eligibility Criteria: -

1) The candidate should be a Undergraduate, Graduate in any field from a recognized institution/university or undergraduate with 1 year of experience in international call centre.

2) B.tech fresher with atleast 6 months of experience in ICC can apply

3) Candidate should have good conversational skills in English.

4) Day shift

5) 5 days working
