• Inbound calling process. Generating revenue from calls, online inquiries & convert into sales for flights, car rentals, package booking etc. B2C Process

• Knowledge of destinations, fare check, alternate flights, exchange flights, date changes, refunds and cancellation of existing booking.

• Experience in handling airlines calls, flight bookings (US, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe market)

• Must possess excellent selling & negotiation skills

• Meet monthly revenue generation targets
