• Produce high-quality textual content that meets project requirements, using creativity and style as needed.
• Apply critical thinking and logical decision-making skills when handling ambiguous or incomplete data scenarios.
• Identify and report tool issues, bugs, or potential improvements to enhance the annotation process.
• Collaborate with language leads, project managers, and technical teams to ensure annotation tasks meet quality standards.
Key qualifications for this role include:
• Bilingualism in German, with excellent language skills and knowledge of cultural nuances.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
