High-Volume Recruiter - India (Remote)
Job Description
We are looking for a High-Volume Recruiter who can quickly hire large numbers of candidates for call center, customer service (CSR), and light industrial roles tied to time-sensitive testing events with fixed start dates. This role requires someone comfortable with high outbound calling, rapid candidate screening, and moving candidates efficiently through the hiring pipeline while ensuring hiring targets are met before event deadlines.
As part of our hiring process, the first step will include an interview conducted by an AI interviewer. This allows us to efficiently and fairly assess all applicants using consistent, unbiased questions.
Contract: 6 months contract (with possibility of extension and/or conversion)
Shifts (EST/PST/CST/MST)
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST)
Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST)
Sunday to Thursday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST)
Important Clarification on High-Volume Recruiting
High-volume recruiting in this role is not defined by dialing alone or by the number of calls made per day. While outbound calling is part of the process, the primary objective is to identify candidates who are genuinely interested, reliable, and able to commit to the event deadline.
Candidate availability and genuine interest in the role
Reliability and likelihood of attending the event
Ability to commit to early morning shifts and weekend work
Potential risks that could lead to ghosting or test-day no-shows
Success in this role comes from balancing speed with candidate quality, ensuring candidates who move forward are both interested and able to attend the event and meet the required timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-volume requisitions and large candidate pipelines
Make daily outbound calls using dialers to screen and engage candidates
Conduct phone screens to evaluate availability, reliability, and commute feasibility
Clearly communicate early morning shifts, weekend work, and event expectations
Set clear expectations to reduce candidate ghosting and no-shows
Maintain consistent follow-ups via calls, texts, and emails to move candidates through the process
Track candidate progress and maintain accurate pipeline and reporting
Identify potential attendance or reliability risks early and maintain backup candidate benches
Support group onboarding and high-volume hiring events when required
Qualifications
1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience (call center, CSR, or light industrial hiring preferred)
Experience using dialers, ATS, or high-volume recruiting tools
Comfortable engaging with a large number of candidates daily
Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven hiring environments
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple hires simultaneously
Reliable, accountable, and able to perform under tight hiring timelines
