High School Economics Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Economics Teacher to join our team at a prestigious Cambridge Board School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Economics and a proven track record of success in teaching at the high school level.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Economics for high school students following the Cambridge Board curriculum

Assess student progress and provide feedback to help students achieve their academic goals

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking

Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities

Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in Economics education

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Economics or related field (Masters degree preferred)

Teaching certification or license

Experience teaching Economics at the high school level

Familiarity with the Cambridge Board curriculum

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for education and a commitment to student success
