This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources at VarenyaZ. As the HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment and selection, policy implementation, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and professional development. You will support our company’s continued growth by cultivating a positive workplace culture and implementing effective HR strategies that align with VarenyaZ’s objectives.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven track record in talent acquisition, including recruiting technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across diverse teams and management levels.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to drive HR projects from start to finish.
