Work as a Pediatrician
As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for conducting thorough physical exams and assessing the health of infants, children, and adolescents.
Main Tasks
• Diagnose and treat various conditions, including illnesses, infections, injuries, and developmental disorders.
• Provide preventive care, including vaccinations and health education for parents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Duties in Intensive Care
• Provide intensive care to critically ill neonates and pediatric patients in NICU/PICU units.
• Monitor vital signs, perform emergency interventions, and manage ventilator support.
• Communicate with families regarding treatment plans, prognosis, and care procedures.
Needed Qualifications
• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics (mandatory).
• Fellowship or specialization in Neonatology (NICU) or Pediatric Critical Care (PICU) is highly desirable.
• Valid Medical Council Registration.
Required Experience
• Minimum 13 years of experience in general pediatrics.
• At least 2 years in a NICU or PICU setting (level II or III).
