Responsibilities:

Assist with laboratory experiments by preparing reagents, making solutions, and performing routine lab procedures under the supervision of senior lab personnel.
Maintaining lab equipment, including cleaning, performing regular maintenance and calibration, and logging repair or maintenance needs.
Organize lab supplies and reagents, ensuring that stocks are well-maintained, properly labeled, and easily accessible.
Ensure adherence to established lab protocols and safety standards, including proper disposal of hazardous waste and maintaining suitable levels of cleanliness in the lab.
Collaborate effectively with senior lab personnel and researchers to support experimental design, execution, and interpretation.
Participate in team meetings, contribute to discussions, and provide support to team members as needed.
Manage data records and assist in the documentation of laboratory experiments by recording detailed protocols, observations, and other data as needed. Read more
