Helper - Manufacturing

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Helper to support our manufacturing or engineering operations. The ideal candidate will assist technicians, engineers, and machine operators by performing a variety of physical tasks and routine duties to ensure smooth production and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards

2. Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment

3. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production works

4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures

5. Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues during the production process

6. Assist in inventory management and stock control

7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

8. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements:

1. High school or diploma or any degree

2. Fresher – 3 years of experience in Helper

3. Willingness to learn and take instructions

4. Team player and hardworking

5. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability

6. Basic understanding of tools and machinery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
