Job Description
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Helpers/Labourers to support daily operations in our epoxy manufacturing unit. The role involves loading and unloading materials, assisting in production activities, and maintaining workplace cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
• Assisting machine operators and production team
• Packing, labeling, and stacking materials properly
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Following supervisor instructions for daily tasks
• Ensuring proper handling of materials to avoid damage.
Requirements:
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of safety practices
• Prior experience in factory/warehouse work is preferred (not mandatory)
Working Conditions:
• Work in an epoxy manufacturing plant environment
• May require standing for long hours
• Use of safety equipment as per company guidelines
Salary & Benefits:
• As per company standards
• Overtime as applicable
