About Us

What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a motivated and experienced People Leader to lead our Data Entry team supporting Dorevitch Pathology operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving team performance, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering a high-performing, engaged culture
Key responsibilities include:
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics, ensuring service level agreements are met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Provide hands-on support and escalation management within the team
Build a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and service excellence
Manage rostering, workforce planning, and workload allocation
Partner with stakeholders across operations to ensure smooth workflows and issue resolution
Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning
What Type of Person Will Be Successful
Proven experience in a People Leader / Team Leader / Supervisor role
Strong background in data entry, administration, or high-volume processing environments
Demonstrated ability to lead teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
Experience with workforce planning, rostering, and performance management
Ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
You will ideally bring:
Proven experience leading teams in a data entry, operations, or high-volume processing environment
A strong focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
The ability to motivate and develop team members to achieve performance outcomes
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience working in fast-paced, service-driven environments
