About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Heavy Equipment Fabrication Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily production schedule attainment, driving productivity improvements, and coaching shop floor resources.
In this role, you will also be responsible for guiding the team on problem-solving techniques, maintaining and improving processes, and expanding process and method engineering footprint.
