Job Description
Job Role:
location- Remote
This is an emergency coordination job. When someone raises a medical
emergency alert, you will:
● Answer the emergency call
● Understand the patient’s condition and location
● Arrange an ambulance if required
● Coordinate with hospitals and doctors
● Help the patient get fast medical assistance
You will act as a calm support person during emergency situations.
Requirements:
● Graduate (any degree)
● Good communication skills (Hindi or English)
● Ability to stay calm under pressure
● Comfortable working in shifts (including night shifts if required)
● Basic computer knowledge
Important Note:This is not a field job. It is a phone-based and
system-based coordination role.
Job Type: Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
