Apollo Hospitals, Panduranga Nagar, Bengaluru, is hiring Healthcare Support Staff to work with the oncology vertical in rolling out new clinical programs, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to closely collaborate with clinicians, admin teams, and business leads while gaining hands-on experience in oncology program development, strategy, and execution.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Apollo Hospitals in rolling out new oncology programs (nuclear medicine, head & neck oncology, radiosurgery, breast surgery).
• Support the oncology vertical team in identifying new business trends and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate on oncology strategy-related projects and assist in execution across multiple units.
• Coordinate integration of oncology-related work with interventional radiology.
• Support PPP project opportunities for oncology vertical expansion at Apollo Hospitals.
• Track utilization of oncology-specific assets with the finance team and suggest improvements.
• Work on go-to-market planning and execution for the oncology vertical.
Requirements:
• Graduate in Life Sciences/Healthcare/Management or related field.
• Available for a full-time (in-office) 6-month internship in Bengaluru.
• Strong interest and skills in healthcare strategy, program management, and clinical support.
• Ability to relocate to Bengaluru if required.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and admin teams at Apollo Hospitals.
