Healthcare Specialist

Role Description The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. In this position, the specialist provides direct support in clinical and non-clinical settings, assisting with patient assessment, basic medical procedures within credentialed scope, and coordination of care. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient status, documenting relevant medical information, communicating clearly with medical teams and patients, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols. The Healthcare Specialist will also participate in training initiatives, help implement best practices, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and service efficiency. The role requires consistent presence on site, flexibility in handling varied healthcare tasks, and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications
• Clinical and emergency care capabilities, including EMT skills and foundational knowledge of medicine.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Experience or interest in healthcare environments, with an understanding of patient care standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to support and participate in training activities, including learning and teaching basic healthcare procedures.
• Relevant certification or diploma in healthcare, EMT, nursing, or a related medical field; higher medical qualifications are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced clinical settings.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic health record documentation and use of healthcare software.
• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and respect for diverse patient populations.
