Job Summary:
As a healthcare recruiter you need to find nurses from various job portals, social media platforms and through referrals. You will be required to shortlist nurses for various hospitals across the USA. Also, along with the recruitment process, you will be required to complete their documentation and compliance for hospitals, so they become eligible to travel and work in USA.
Responsibilities:
• Physical Therapy: Recruiting physical therapists (PTs), physical therapist assistants (PTAs), and aides.
• Cardiology and Cardiovascular Technology: Recruiting cardiovascular technicians and technologists.
• Occupational Therapy: Recruiting occupational therapists (OTs), occupational therapist assistants (OTAs), and aides.
• Speech-Language Pathology: Recruiting speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and speech-language pathology assistants.
• Radiology and Imaging: Recruiting radiologic technologists, MRI technologists, CT technologists, and ultrasound technologists.
• Respiratory Therapy: Recruiting respiratory therapists (RTs).
• Medical Laboratory Science: Recruiting medical laboratory technologists and technicians.
• Dietetics and Nutrition: Recruiting dietitians and nutritionists.
• Pharmacy: Recruiting pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Emergency Medical Services: Recruiting paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMTs).
• Medical Assisting: Recruiting medical assistants.
• Health Information Management: Recruiting health information technicians and managers.
• Surgical Technology: Recruiting surgical technologists.
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
• Candidate should be ok to work in UK/ AUS/ US shifts.
• H1B/ EB3/ TN Visa counselling experience is preferred.
• Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
• Grad/UG with a minimum of 1 Year of USA Healthcare International Recruitment experience may apply.
