Role Overview:
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in recruiting healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, for international placements. This role requires expertise in healthcare staffing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage agent networks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, source, and recruit healthcare professionals (primarily nurses) for overseas opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust agent network for talent acquisition.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates and recruitment agents.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and coordinate with clients for candidate placements.
• Ensure compliance with ethical recruitment standards and international hiring protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and agents.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, especially nursing roles.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing and global recruitment trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with international recruitment compliance is an advantage.
