The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining accurate provider profiles on various databases, including CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and CMS. They will be responsible for tracking expiration dates for state DEA licenses, board certifications, and malpractice insurance for individual providers.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of provider credentialing applications.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for tracking and maintaining provider data.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
• 1-3 years' experience in credentialing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and laws.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
