Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary legal contact for our commercial business unit, providing end-to-end support in contracting experience.
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial contracts, including master services agreements, health plan provider agreements, business associate agreements, and strategic partnership agreements.
Inform contracting strategy to ensure alignment with our business objectives and risk tolerance.
Provide expert guidance on contract-related issues to key decision-makers across the organization, balancing legal risk with business objectives.
Requirements

10+ years of relevant legal experience working on commercial and/or healthcare transactions in-house or at a top U.S. law firm.
Extensive background in drafting a variety of agreements, including service agreements, license agreements, SaaS agreements, data use agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and business associate agreements.
Deep understanding of practical legal concerns in commercial and technology transactions, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Superior negotiation skills with a history of successfully navigating complex transactions and high-stakes discussions. Read more
