Role Overview
Healync Private Health is seeking compassionate and proactive Healthcare Field Relationship Managers to support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey. The role involves coordinating hospital admissions, insurance processing, diagnostic services, and home healthcare assistance while ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients and families during hospital admissions and discharge processes.
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare providers for patient requirements.
• Support insurance documentation, pre-authorizations, claims, and approvals.
• Facilitate diagnostic appointments and coordinate with diagnostic centres.
• Arrange and monitor home healthcare services such as nursing, attendants, and medical equipment.
• Conduct field visits to hospitals, diagnostic centres, and patient locations as required.
• Provide timely updates and resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and service requests.
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, insurance, or patient care services.
• Healthcare background preferred (Hospital Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Allied Health, etc.).
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for field visits.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare and insurance processes is an advantage.
