MedOS AI Tech helps hospitals transform into AI-powered Smart Hospitals through Healthcare AI Solutions, Smart Hospital Assessments, NABH Consulting, Digital Transformation, Healthcare Automation, and AI Training Programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials to hospitals, medical colleges, nursing colleges, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations.
• Meet hospital administrators, quality managers, HR managers, medical superintendents, and other healthcare decision-makers.
• Promote AI Readiness Assessments, Smart Hospital Transformation Services, NABH Consulting, Healthcare AI Solutions, and AI Training Programs.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a prospect database.
• Schedule meetings, workshops, presentations, and assessments.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Build relationships with healthcare institutions and identify business opportunities.
Daily Reporting Requirements
Submit a daily report including:
• List of hospitals and healthcare institutions visited
• Visit photos and flyer distribution photos
• Contact details of decision-makers collected
• Number of flyers distributed
• Calls completed
• Meetings scheduled
• Workshops scheduled
• AI Readiness Assessments scheduled
• New leads generated
• Follow-up activities completed
• Daily summary of outcomes and opportunities
Requirements
• Graduate, Diploma holder, or Final-Year Student
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Kannada
• Confident in interacting with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented
• Comfortable with field visits and travel
• Sales, marketing, healthcare, or business development experience is preferred
Compensation
• Internship: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month + incentives
• Executive: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives
• Additional incentives for meetings booked, workshops scheduled, assessments generated, and projects closed
Performance Targets
• 5–10 healthcare institutions visited daily
• 10–20 decision-maker contacts collected daily
• 2–3 meetings scheduled weekly
• AI workshops and assessments generated regularly
• Daily activity report submitted
