Healthcare Architect
Job Description
As a Healthcare Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings, renovations, and additions. You'll collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to create functional, efficient, and inspiring healthcare environments.

What You'll Do:
Lead architectural design and project delivery through all phases of healthcare projects.
Prepare construction documents, specifications, and code analyses.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Stay current on healthcare design trends, technologies, codes, and regulations.
Mentor emerging design professionals.
Support client relationships, business development efforts, and project interviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
Current architectural licensure required.
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare design experience.
Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Enscape, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of healthcare planning, construction technologies, codes, and regulations.
Experience coordinating project teams, consultants, and contractors.
