The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating client records, running daily reports, and providing front-of-house services.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, both electronic and paper-based
Run daily reports to ensure an accurate list of inpatients
Provide excellent customer service to visitors and staff
Maintain a high level of data integrity and knowledge of databases
