Job description

1.Drafting & sending immediate loss advice(ILA) &Letter of requirement (LOR).
2.Maintaining all case document/information/report files.
3.Follow up with insured’s for pending documents/information and sharing the same with client.
4.Knowledge about the Health and TPA insurance mainly.
5.Document verification ·
6.Preparing MIS for all claims.
7.Coordination & follow up with other departments on call and mails.
