Job Description
Position Summary
• MUST HAVE - Health Analytics/Risk Analytics Product Management Experience
The Product Manager will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. This individual will be responsible for defining and delivering technical product features, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and launch. The role will require strong leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams, setting product strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions that align with business and market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Product Definition:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand product requirements
and translate them into technical specifications.
o Develop detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) that clearly outline
product features, functionality, and user experience.
o Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and customerimpact.
Technical Project Management:
o Work with engineering teams to plan, execute, and track product development
projects.
o Manage product backlogs and ensure alignment with the overall product
roadmap.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, marketing, etc.) to ensure
smooth product development and delivery.
Technical Expertise:
o Have a deep understanding of the technical architecture and infrastructure of
the product.
o Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
o Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
Data Analysis and Insights:Analyze product data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and
optimization.
o Collaborate with data scientists to leverage data insights for product
development.
Customer Focus:
o Work closely with customers and partners to understand their technical
requirements and challenges.
o Represent the product team in technical discussions and presentations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of data models, data management, and reporting frameworks.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product
development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across
departments.
