Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head Waiter at Nasmah International. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the food and beverage team, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Head Waiter will also be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and handling any customer complaints or inquiries.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Expertise in food and beverage service
Proficient in food service and cooking techniques
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Training or certification in food safety and hygiene
