Robridge, a part of Rajalakshmi Group, is building the next generation of autonomous systems from India. Our vision is to design and manufacture world-class drones, AI-powered surveillance platforms, robotics, intelligent sensors, and autonomous technologies that solve real-world problems across security, infrastructure, industrial inspection, agriculture, and smart cities.
Our first flagship product is an AI-enabled autonomous surveillance drone, and we are looking for exceptional engineers who are passionate about building products that can compete on the global stage.

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor of a fast-growing deep-tech company and lead the journey from prototype to commercial manufacturing. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of engineers, AI specialists, embedded system developers, and product designers to build next-generation UAV platforms.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a creation role.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the transition from engineering prototypes to production-ready UAV products.
• Own product engineering, manufacturing readiness, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Develop assembly, testing, calibration, and quality assurance processes.
• Build and manage the vendor ecosystem and supply chain for UAV components.
• Improve product reliability, maintainability, and field serviceability.
• Lead system integration, flight validation, and production testing.
• Drive DGCA certification and regulatory compliance.
• Build engineering documentation, quality systems, and manufacturing standards.
• Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Define the technology roadmap for Robridge’s autonomous systems portfolio.
Desired Experience
• 2+ years of experience in UAVs, aerospace, robotics, autonomous systems, or advanced electronics manufacturing.
• Proven experience taking UAV or robotics products from prototype to commercial production.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Flight controllers (PX4, ArduPilot, Pixhawk)
• Embedded systems
• UAV propulsion and power systems
• Payload integration
• Product testing and validation
• Manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Experience with DGCA regulations or UAV certification is an advantage.
