Job Description :
- As a Talent Delivery Head at Suitable AI, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment delivery and executing strategies to drive hiring results for the company.
- You will be responsible for stakeholder management, job description designing, candidate and client coordination, internal team coordination, and strategic planning.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates
- Develop and implement effective sourcing, screening, and selection techniques to identify top talent
- Manage candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall recruitment process and candidate experience
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of talent delivery services
Requirements :
- Bachelor's/P.G degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong stakeholder management, job description designing, and candidate and client coordination skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, techniques, and trends
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently or in a team environment
