Talent Acquisition Leader for a renowned automobile company. Incumbent would be responsible for leading the TA function and the team.
Qualifications:
MBA with a minimum of 12 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition strategies and practices, stake holders management, meeting performance parameters
Responsibilities:-
- As a Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading talent acquisition initiatives, attracting top-tier candidates, and building a high-performing team to support the organization's growth in the dynamic automotive industry.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique needs of the automobile and auto components sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent challenges, using this information to make informed talent decisions.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
- Check the hiring process and highlight any deviations from the company policy.
- Remain compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines
