Job Description
Currently we are looking for Head - Project Execution based in Chennai, India
Confidential opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial, hypergrowth pan-India leadership role in Renewable Player based in Chennai.. Further details to be revealed in 1-1 discussion. Please do not apply if you do not meet the mandatory requirements below.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project development teams spread across in India
• Oversee daily operations and the work of project related executives.
• Responsible for executing the projects under approved budget and timelines
• Responsible for all project related activities including client interactions, project management, land leasing/acquisition, procurement, liaison, EPC works, Owner Engineer works, quality check, HSE etc.
• Design and implement operational strategies, best practices and processes etc including but not limited to SOPs, QC etc
• Be face of the company and solely responsible to any project execution related activities.
• Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with partners/vendors and engaging parties to the company
Qualifications
• Should be Engineering Graduate (Electrical) with 20+ years of experience in delivering/executing Renewable Projects in India & Overseas
• Expert project management skills, with capacity to develop clear plans and track record of coordinating multidisciplinary project teams of internal and external experts (e.g. across Land development, legal, engineering, project finance, supply chain, environmental and social, compliance and other functions) to deliver them.
• Understanding of Indian renewable energy policy and framework
