Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team at our Wellington office. Your key duties will include:
Providing a warm and welcoming space for customers visiting our office
Managing reception and facility services on one of our main floors
Greeting and guiding guests and contractors through our sign in/out procedures
Managing meeting rooms, common areas, and facilities
Monitoring CCTV for security risks and reporting any incidents
Providing support to the Facilities Team during busy periods
Escorting and supervising contractors for remedial works
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Previous experience as a receptionist in a government or large commercial setting
Strong administration, time-management, and organisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing contractors or customers within a corporate environment
A good understanding of tikanga (Maori customs and protocols) and te ao Maori (the Maori worldview)
