Head of TASC Program and Sales Strategy
Job Description
The TASC Program Head will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and business growth for the Retail Institutions segment. This role involves cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program execution to enhance customer acquisition, deepen relationships, and improve operational efficiency across the TASC portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Delivery
• Formulate strategy and drive new book growth
• Ensuring right solutioning hooks are enabled across existing portfolio
• Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Manage the budget allocated for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
• Program Strategy & Execution:
• Develop, plan, and execute go to market campaigns tailored for TASC clients, focusing on their unique financial needs.
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships within the TASC ecosystem.
• Monitor program performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Product & Process Enhancement:
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to enhance TASC offerings.
• Drive digitization and automation initiatives for onboarding and servicing TASC clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in product design and delivery.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Engage with external stakeholders including government bodies, NGOs, cooperatives, and associations.
• Sales Enablement & Training:
• Support frontline teams with tools, training, and insights to improve TASC acquisition and servicing.
• Create and disseminate program collaterals, FAQs, and SOPs.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track key metrics such as account growth, balances, activation rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to senior management with actionable insights.
