Key Role in Regulatory Governance and Compliance
The Victorian Ombudsman (VO) seeks a strategic leader to fill the role of Head of Strategy, Risk and Performance. This individual will be responsible for the organisational wide management of business insights, risk, compliance, governance and forecasting, including related policies and dashboards.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and report on business insights, risk, compliance, governance and forecasting frameworks.
Provide advice on related policies and dashboards.
Lead a small team of professionals in business insights intelligence, governance, risk, compliance and reporting.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to lift performance metrics with key internal stakeholders.
Experience in creating a cohesive, high-performing team.
Able to navigate ambiguity and overcome organisational barriers or resistance to change.
